Utility Work To Briefly Slow I-40 Traffic
SAMPSON COUNTY – Drivers traveling in both directions on Interstate 40 in Sampson County will experience a brief traffic delay.
A rolling roadblock will be implemented near mile marker 353 to remove an inactive utility line. The work is scheduled to start on Monday, October 6 at midnight and is expected to last no longer than two hours.
Drivers are advised to be mindful of crews working in this area and follow all signs and traffic control devices while the roadblock is in place.
