Two Charged After Alleged Break-In At Vacant Brogden Road Home

SMITHFIELD – Two individuals have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering after they were reportedly found inside a vacant rental property east of Smithfield on Sunday night.
Deputies with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6700 block of Brogden Road around 9:47 p.m. following a report of suspicious activity at an unoccupied residence.
Upon arrival, officers located Earl Junior Sanders, 63, of the 7800 block of Brogden Road in Smithfield, and Shonte Denise Walker, 39, of Collins Street in Fayetteville, along with three juvenile children inside the property.
According to authorities, Sanders and Walker stated they intended to rent the home. However, the property owner, when contacted by deputies, confirmed they did not know the individuals and had not given them permission to enter or occupy the residence.
Sanders and Walker were both taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.

Nasty SQUATTERS trying to take over a house so the owner will have to fight for months in court to get them evicted but it back fired on them. These people are bottom feeders and needs to be locked up for years.
