UPDATE: Missing 16-Year-Old Girl Found Safe
UPDATE 7:00 P.M. October 10, 2025 – Wilson’s Mills Police announced Kennedy Grace Radford has been found safe in Raleigh. No further details were released.

WILSON’S MILLS – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl who disappeared from her home late Monday night.
Kennedy Grace Radford was last seen around 10:30 p.m. by her father at their Wilson’s Mills residence, according to the Wilson’s Mills Police Chief A.Z. Williams. Authorities believe she may be an endangered runaway and could be in the company of an unknown older male.
Kennedy is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 90 pounds, with brunette hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black nail polish and has a bar piercing in her left ear along with a hoop nose ring in her left nostril.
Police say Kennedy’s current whereabouts are unknown and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Anyone with details about her disappearance is asked to contact the Wilson’s Mills Police Department at 919-938-3885.

To care for those around us, especially children, is a human reaction not a political leaning. Like you, I hope she’s found, alive, and unharmed. Don’t detract from the extreme importance of her disappearance by hijacking the story to create political propaganda. It’s rude and unnecessary. She’s missing, not running for office.
I hope she’s okay and hope her family finds her soon with no injuries or trauma.
Lord, help the police locate this young lady. I pray for her she is safely returned home. Amen.
