Goldsboro Police Hosting National Night Out On Oct. 7

GOLDSBORO — The Goldsboro Police Department invites residents to join in the celebration of National Night Out from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at Herman Park, 900 Park Avenue.

The Goldsboro Police Department believes that a safer community begins with knowing your neighbors and being aware of your surroundings. National Night Out is designed to build stronger connections between residents and law enforcement while fostering neighborhood unity and a greater sense of community care. The event has been held annually nationwide since 1984.

The event, which will be held at Herman Park, 900 Park Ave., will include 60+ vendors, family-friendly activities, safety demonstrations, and opportunities for residents to connect with officers, volunteers, and community organizations.

The Goldsboro Police Department asks you to come out and help celebrate community and unity.
