SMITHFIELD – COVID-19 vaccines will be available by appointment only at the Johnston County Public Health Department beginning Monday, May 22.
COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be made free for the public regardless of health insurance or immigration status while supplies last.

People should check out the CDC VAERS (vaccine adverse event reporting system) page on these Covid 19 vaccines. This has been public record for a couple years. The damage is beyond belief and they know those events that get reported represent only about 1% of the actual events. The mainstream media is so owned by Pfizer they refuse to investigate or report any of this. Like with the Steele Dossier, Muller report, Durham report, Hunter Biden lap top and all things Fauci, the truth will come out about these deadly Covid vaccines….just takes time. Wait until the ambulance chasing lawyers realize the cash cow there for all the Covid vaccine victims.
