Break-In Reported At Glendale Chapel Ballfield

KENLY – The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in at the Glendale Chapel Ballfield on Glendale Road. On August 4, a citizen discovered the door to the concession stand had been kicked in. While nothing was reported stolen, the damage is estimated at $700.

This is not the first incident at the facility—back in June 2023, cash, candy, and snacks were stolen during a previous theft.
