Are you ready for St. Patricks Day?? I ran across this super cool drink recipe called the Mexican Leprechaun over at Daily Noff. Most of the St. Patricks day drinks calls for vodka and unfortunately vodka and I don’t get along too well. It’s a great take on a St. Patricks day drink especially if you’re a tequila lover. It’s sweet, but super strong. The amount for the directions will make a shooter, but you can easily double up on the ingredients to your liking to make a sizable drink out of it.
Mexican Leprechaun
1 oz of Casa Noble Tequila
.05 oz of Midori Melon Liquor
1 oz of pineapple juice
Mix tequila and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a large shot glass rimmed with sugar, (I prefer salt) then float it with Midori.
