Home workouts have been a popular way to maintain and get fit since the 80’s. People dressed in leotards and knee-highs in their living rooms jumping up and down while watching Richard Simmons. Now we have more intense instructors such as Shaun T from Insanity, a 90-day program that guarantees results in shredding body fat and improving cardio without any weights. If paying thirty dollars for a monthly membership to a crowded gym or spending over a hundred dollars for a video program isn’t up your alley, there is a money free platform called YouTube. Certified and aspiring trainers are instructing in all forms of workouts such as yoga, strength condition or Pilates.
There are many fitness gurus via YouTube that broadcast themselves in their own homes and give step-by-step instructions to a complete workout. The best part about doing a workout using YouTube is that it is entirely free and even better if you already have basic equipments such as free-weights and a mat.

For strength building and conditioning, Gymra and BeFiT. This way you can jump up and down in the comfort of your own home and don’t need to have any shame if you’re performing a workout incorrectly.
