Man Accused Of Inappropriate Contact With Juvenile
JOHNSTON COUNTY – A 30 year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly had inappropriate contact with a teenage juvenile.
Oliver Villaturo-Hernandez, with addresses in Middlesex and Wilson, was arrested June 18 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said they received a call from the victim’s mother who returned home on June 18 and reportedly found the suspect with her daughter.
Villaturo-Hernandez was charged with felony indecent liberties with a child and felony soliciting of a child by computer.
On the indecent liberties charge the warrant states “…the defendant unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did take and attempt to take immoral, improper, and indecent liberties with (the victim) who was under the age of 16 years at the time.”
The solicitation of a child by computer warrant states “…the defendant unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did knowingly, with the intent to commit and unlawful sex act…by means of a computer by contacting the victim through a Smart TV via Instragram… to meet with the defendant for the purpose of committing the unlawful sex act.”
The suspect and underage victim reportedly first met at a Johnston County church where they both attended. The name of the church was not disclosed.
A search of the suspect’s cell phone reportedly uncovered sexually explicit messages Villaturo-Hernandez had sent to the young girl.
He was released on a $80,000 secured bond.

Wow. Just wow. Was he the youth minister at that church or what?? I think parents get a false sense of security in these religious organizations sometimes. You really can’t trust ANYONE around your children and their Internet use has GOT to be monitored. Church does NOT equal safe
